Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for our Western European distribution network. Manage procurement, inventory planning, and logistics coordination across multiple warehouses.
Coordinate Mediterranean import-export operations for beverages and fresh produce. Handle customs documentation, shipping logistics, and supplier relationships.
Manage daily fleet operations, route optimization, and delivery scheduling for cold chain logistics. Ensure ADR compliance and on-time performance across Romania.
Manage relationships with major retail chains (Carrefour, LIDL, Kaufland, Mega Image). Drive sales growth, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal shelf presence for 300+ brands.
Develop new business partnerships and distribution channels in Spain and Portugal. Identify market opportunities and build the MFA Group presence in the Iberian market.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. Manage a team of 15+ warehouse staff and ensure HACCP compliance.
